1. Scope of the GTC
1.1. Jelen ÁSZF a Szállásadó és a Vendég közötti jogviszony feltételeit szabályozza.
1.2. A Vendég a foglalás elküldésével elfogadja az ÁSZF rendelkezéseit.
1.3. Az ÁSZF a Szállásadó által közzétett verzió szerint hatályos.
2. Booking and Contract Formation
2.1. The accommodation may be used only with a prior booking.
2.2. The contract is concluded upon the Accommodation Provider’s written confirmation.
2.3. The Guest must provide accurate information; the Accommodation Provider is not liable for incorrect data provided by the Guest.
3. Arrival and Departure
3.1. Check-in time: 15:00.
3.2. Check-out time: no later than 11:00.
3.3. Key handover method: in-person handover.
3.4. Late check-out: subject to availability.
4. Accommodation Fee, Deposit, and Payment
4.1. Accommodation fee: EUR 60–120 / night.
4.2. Payment methods: bank card / bank transfer / cash.
4.3. Deposit: 50%.
5. Cancellation Terms
5.1. Deadline for free cancellation: 14 days before arrival.
5.2. Cancellation fee in case of late cancellation: HUF 0 up to 14 days before arrival; within 14 days, 100% of the booking fee.
5.3. In case of no-show, the full accommodation fee is payable; the deposit is non-refundable.
6. House Rules
6.1. The Guest must comply with the house rules (published on a separate page).
6.2. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is allowed only in the corridor and on the street.
6.3. In the event of a serious breach of rules, the Accommodation Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect.
7. Compensation and Liability
7.1. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the furnishings and equipment of the accommodation.
7.2. The Accommodation Provider is not liable for the Guest’s personal belongings unless they have been taken into custody by the Accommodation Provider.
7.3. Compensation method: cash / bank transfer.
8. Data Processing
8.1. Data controller: Tabulárius Kft., Tel.: +36 70 363 6349.
8.2. Purpose of data processing: fulfilling bookings, invoicing, and legal obligations.
8.3. The Guest is entitled to request the deletion, correction, or restriction of the processing of their data.

9.3. The Accommodation Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 days.
10. Disputes
10.1. The parties will seek an amicable settlement.
10.2. Competent court: Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság (jurisdiction: Budapest District VII).
